概覽Overview

石西礁湖位於石垣與西表之間，屬西表石垣國立公園，是日本最大的珊瑚礁區之一，水淺而平靜。由石垣離島碼頭可乘船前往西表、小濱與竹富，也可轉機到與那國島。

主季為 7 至 9 月，6、10、11 月亦可前往。夏季南風令北岸川平海面平靜，9、10 月有機會看到數條雄性追隨一條雌性的求偶隊列；7 至 10 月為颱風季，可能停船兩三天。冬季東北季風強，北風可達每秒 15 米以上，川平無法出船，潛水改往南面西表、小濱一帶，水溫約 23°C。

Sekisei Lagoon lies between Ishigaki and Iriomote within Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park and is one of Japan's largest coral reef areas, shallow and calm. Boats from Ishigaki's outer-island terminal go to Iriomote, Kohama and Taketomi, and flights connect to Yonaguni.

The main season is July to September, with June, October and November also workable. Southerly summer winds keep Kabira on the north coast calm, and in September and October you may see mating trains of several males following a female. July to October is typhoon season and boats can stop for two or three days. In winter the northeast monsoon is strong, north winds can exceed 15 m per second, Kabira cannot be reached, and boats go south towards Iriomote and Kohama; water is about 23°C.

潛水概況The diving

以船潛為主。Manta Scramble 水深約 5 至 20 米，潛水員在清潔站旁伏低等候，不需游動或追逐，新手也可參加；代價是旺季人多。石西礁湖淺而平靜，適合慢慢潛。ヨナラ水道位於小濱島與西表島之間，流強，需有放流潛水經驗。

Mostly boat diving. Manta Scramble is about 5-20 m deep; divers stay low beside the cleaning station without swimming or chasing, so beginners can join, though it gets crowded in high season. Sekisei Lagoon is shallow and calm for relaxed dives. The Yonara Channel between Kohama and Iriomote has strong current and needs drift-dive experience.

交通Getting there

香港快運有季節性直航新石垣機場（2025 年航季為 4 月初至 10 月底，班期每年不同）；沒有直航時經那霸轉內陸機約一小時。新石垣機場開車到市區約半小時，住宿集中在市區與川平。

HK Express flies seasonally to New Ishigaki Airport (the 2025 season ran early April to late October; schedules change each year). Otherwise connect via Naha, about an hour on a domestic flight. The airport is about 30 minutes by car from town; most stays are in town or at Kabira.

實用提示Tips

  1. 不要擋住蝠鱝的游動路線、不要追逐、不要停在清潔站上方。
  2. 人多時保持低位與中性浮力，避免揚起沙。
  3. ヨナラ水道與外海潛點流強，需懂得放 SMB。
  4. 沖繩縣立八重山病院設有島上唯一的高壓氧治療設備，重症可能需轉送沖繩本島。
  5. 轉機的內陸機同樣是加壓機艙，需計算潛後飛行間隔。
  1. Do not block the mantas' path, chase them or hover above the cleaning station.
  2. When crowded, stay low and neutrally buoyant and avoid kicking up sand.
  3. The Yonara Channel and offshore sites have strong current; know how to deploy an SMB.
  4. Okinawa Prefectural Yaeyama Hospital has the island's only hyperbaric unit; serious cases may be moved to the main island.
  5. Domestic connecting flights are pressurised too; plan your no-fly interval.
